Following the announcement to colleagues this morning, Arbor have confirmed they have resolved the issue experienced by a number of student and parents being unable to access Arbor. We have checked login logs and can see an increase in parental and student logins this morning. If you are aware of any students or parents still being unable to access Arbor, please report to the IT Services Team on support@itservices.dmat.education.
